My methods of consulting are a bit unorthodox. In most consulting cases, a consultant will enter into your business, focus on a specific area, identify a problem, then provide a solution. I do that as well. Where I differ though is that I dig deeper.

I mean two things by that.

First, I dig into every scrap of data accessible to me whether it exists in your CRM, your sales history, your operational manuals, personnel files, or your financial statements.

Simply put, I audit your business, analyze the data, then synthesize it all. Most consultants won’t analyze to craft the story of your business.

Second, and more importantly, I require all my clients to dig deep, too. Not into the numbers, but into themselves. Your success matters to me. This helps me understand from your perspective what in your business truly matters to you and why.

You may not know your vision or why when we first start working together, and that’s okay, but you have to be willing to find them along the way.

I can give you all the solutions and deep understandings in the world, but it doesn’t mean anything if there’s no purpose driving your company

How We’ll Work Together

  • This is a complimentary 15-30 minute consultation. We’ll meet to determine what your goals are, where you feel there’s room for improvement, and review some general information about your business. If you already know your vision and your why, we’ll discuss that too.

    What’s the purpose of this step?

    Because of the monetary investment you’re making and the level of dedication and time I commit to each client, this initial consultation allows us to determine if we’d be a great fit together. Alignment matters to me, and this gives us a foundation to build our relationship upon.

  • Once we’ve determined that we mutually want to work together, I’ll send over all the documents to make it official.

    Your investment will be paid in two installments, once at the time of signing and once at the time of deliverables.

  • This one hour call is where we’ll get your company onboarded. You’ll provide me with access to any systems necessary for your audit and I will give you access to any files I’ll be creating on behalf of your company, as well as establish communication lines and go over any questions you may have.

    We’ll discuss your vision and why during this step as well.

  • I will audit your company in accordance with the program we determined was the best fit. Millions of data points from your company will be analyzed, entirely by myself, then synthesized into understandable and actionable summaries.

    Transparency is important to me, so you’ll have viewing access to any documents, spreadsheets, graphs, etc that I create while auditing your business.

    During this stage there will also be meetings with you and your employees to ensure alignment, understanding, and clarity of any changes or proposed solutions.

  • At the end of my audit, you and I will sit down (along with your leadership team if desired) to review my findings. I’ll walk you through all the key points you need to know, areas of strength I’ve uncovered, areas for improvement (with actionable improvement options), and any new systems I’ve created on your behalf.

    We’ll once again review your vision and why, then discuss how my findings fit into that and what your business looks like going forward.

    Execution of proposed solutions/optimizations is entirely up to you. After all, it is your business.

  • This is not referencing the follow ups for the Signature or Platinum Audits

    After implementation, some clients may want additional support or check ins. Follow ups are available for additional investment.
