Hi, I’m Kaylin. It’s great to meet you.
I’m a firm believer that if you’re going to enter into any kind of relationship (business included) you have to really know who you’re connecting with. Otherwise it feels cold and robotic and just all around weird.
Ever since I can remember, I’ve been obsessed with three things: business, numbers, and storytelling. I’m so blessed to have found a way to blend all three of those things through Kaylin Ainsley Consulting LLC.
If you’re on this page, it’s likely that you’ve read through my professional past. But just in case, the quick version is this: I’ve spent my career entering businesses with zero industry experience and within 3-12 months completely overhauling their operations through a thorough analysis of any data available to me. I love optimizing and reducing financial waste.
That being said, this particular page is about knowing me as a human being.
So some quick facts about me:
Currently, my partner and I live in the Denver Metro Area with our little black cat, Pascal. (It is very likely you will see Pascal on some of our calls because he’s extremely affectionate and needy.) Later this year, we plan on adopting a second cat so Pascal has a buddy.
Throughout my life I’ve moved over 30 times and love the adventure of it all. You’d think it’s because I was an Army brat — which I was — but my parents were divorced and just moved a lot with various jobs and life circumstances, and as an adult I’ve become a bit of a wanderer myself!
Traveling is by far one of my favorite things to do, and I can’t wait to explore more of this world. I think experiencing other cultures outside your normal is critical to compassion and personal growth.
I’m extremely passionate about the accessibility of basic needs, art, and literacy — in fact, I’m in the foundational stages of creating my own non-profit organization to provide that.
I love reading. My favorite genres are horror, self-development, and YA rom-coms.
If you’re a fan of Tony Robbins, Dr. Joe Dispenza, or Neville Goddard, we will be best friends. I love learning about ways neuroscience supports the notion of creating the life of your dreams.
I genuinely believe everyone is capable of living their dream life. That’s part of why I’m so passionate about what I do. I have witnessed far too many business owners stuck in the trenches of constantly trying to build that life of freedom they crave rather than actually living it.
Baking is one of my love languages. I’ve perfected snickerdoodles, tweaking a recipe I found when I was 12 (but forgot the original creator), and lately I’ve been loving to make sticky buns and ciabatta.
I am a native Washingtonian and definitely do get some weird looks when I reference living like the mountain is out, but it’s in my blood. Just know if I say it to you, I’m telling you to live life to the fullest.
