The Philosophy
Real estate is all about storytelling, making connections, and intentionally building relationships with your clients and community to provide them with the best experience. In order to do that though, you always start at the beginning: a meeting, a hello, a getting to know each other session.
It’s no different with my consulting. That’s actually where I differ from traditional consultants and coaches. I take a very hands on approach that requires an intimate understanding of your vision. And I will absolutely push you until we uncover it together through questions like:
What are your hopes and dreams? Where do you see your business in a year, five years, ten? Why real estate to begin with? What really matters to you?
On the surface, I’m coming into your financial home (your real estate business) and analyzing all your data. I’m making spreadsheets and looking at information from a different angle than you would normally be inclined to. But I have to be honest, anyone can do that.
I’m not someone you hire just to make spreadsheets though. Just like you aren’t someone your clients hire just to transact real estate. Like I said, it’s about storytelling and making connections.
