The team closed the year 12.5% over their original goal (more than 18% higher than the previous year).
Idaho Real Estate Team
With the founder’s money running out, high overturn due to work on a for-equity-only basis, and the inherent complications of operating internationally, this pre-funding startup needed clarity. Kaylin analyzed the equity obligation to over 1,000 vested individual seed pool members. While the startup was ultimately unsuccessful due to inability to create an MVP, her work provided financial clarity for investor pitch meetings.
